  1. Actually, none of these are elements.  Three of them consist of molecules made UP of elements and the fourth is a process of oxidization.  Just to be clear ;-).

  2. Indigo - belief in man's Elemental nature is as old as humankind.

I am WATER.  Full of life, strong and powerful yet soothing, deep and mysterious.

  3. In so many ways I am Earth - I have a strong affinity to nature and appreciation of natural beauty. My strengths are organic in nature - not always organized per se, but there when I need them and built in deep layers of flaws and untapped resources. My favorite color is green, and I love to have life surrounding me.

I'm a Taurus, and it fits me pretty well, considering that I don't follow astrology. I like stability, and I prefer peaceful contemplation to conflict.... but I'm a stubborn b*****d who has strong convictions and a fierce temper. I feel very "earthy" in this way.

I've often imagined that in a previous life I was a boulder sitting on a hill beside a stream, with grass growing around me, the odd bit of moss on me, and an overgrown tree that shaded me about half of the time. Lazy years of summer heat, quiet years of contemplation beneath a snow blanket.

It's hard for me to imagine a better life for a rock.

Now I've got to settle for being a rock star.... Well, kinda. I play rhythm guitar for a progressive rock band. See? Can't get much more "earth" than rock and metal...

    =)

    Saul

  4. This would traditionally be appropriate to your star sign. For example, I am a capricorn, and therefore I am an Earth element. Which means that I am down to earth, sometimes stubborn but generally quite grounded.

If I were to describe myself however, I would think fire to be more appropriate, as I can have a temper at sometimes, and am quite passionate about  certain things, although certain elements of earth hold true as well.

  5. Well, on the astrological note, my chart's pretty balanced among all four elements,  but with fire prevailing  And, i have certainly noticed that the pluses and minuses attributed to fire are the most evident: a tendency to be brave when needed, creative, and passionate about certain issues, but also a leaning toward impatience, and "arrogance".

One of the many great features of astrology is that it helps you to know what you need to work on  :))
