  1. Lol, I got laid?

  2. You just have to think to yourself, why are you shy.

When I moved to a different school, i was very, VERY shy. Last summer I just kept thinking, that's how I don't make friends. So now, I talk to people more. Usually I don't talk to someone i don't know right away.

Just mull over why are you're shy.

  3. I think over time I just realized you have nothing to lose by being outgoing. Cause if you're shy, nobody will dislike you, that's true - but then again, nobody will have a chance to see you shine at whatever you do best.

Speak your mind. Nobody worth getting to know will think any less of you. Sure there might be some people who put you down, but who cares? They don't mean sh*t. Go ahead and embarrass yourself, cause in the end people remember and admire risk takers, and will laugh along with you about the times when you screwed up.

  4. I lost my mind  :[

I was treated for a medical condition in my early 20s, during which I was given a medicine that caused a type of temporary menopausal symptoms. It also altered the way I thought and reacted to things, and lead to depression and terrible anxiety.  After I stopped getting the shots, and went through therapy, I no longer felt shy over things, but the price for this was awfully high *sigh*

  5. I used to be bad at giving speeches at school.

    Now, not so much.

I just work under knowing that I'm already on stage, I might as well give it everything I've got. Because if I do it well, people won't laugh at me or anything. And at least nobody will laugh at you for trying anyway.

  6. I was always to shy to talk to people

but once I moved out on my own I realized I had no choice but to talk to people or else I would get nowhere out of life and because I did that a couple months later I meet my husband

  7. i'm in high school and i just to be very shy, what help me was my friends and joining teams and clubs and also because one of my teacher gave alot of presentation projects and always was asking me question in class, so although i use to hate the teacher because of it, it helped me alot.
