  1. If you are born in the US Virgin Islands then yes but you dont have the voting power for the United States. It like Puerto Rico. They are considered Americans but they can't vote in our elections

    US Virgin Islands people are recognised as citizens of USA. They dont vote in Presidential elections and there Congress Rep. does not vote on the floor voting in the Congress (votes in other votes though).

  3. depends which one u was born in. there are brtish virgin island and american ones. i am not sure for the american one but if ur born in the british one then u are british.

  4. Depends, was this the US VI or the British VI.  If the US VI, then yes.

  5. Only if at least one of your parents was an American Citizen.

  6. I believe you are classified as American but not as citizen
