If you were born on a cusp does that make you different?

i was born on nov. 19th so i was born on the scorp/ sagg cusp i know i'm a scorpio but sometimes i don't act like it like how scorpios are supposed to like pisces guys and stuff i really don't like them that much they get attached too fast and get clingy can someone tell me the characteristics of my cusp and how i'll act in love? thanks :)

Their is no cusp. You were born on one sign or another. I take it you went to astrology.com well you should know that the owner of that website is a fraud. She is not a real astrologer. If you were born at 29.50 degrees scorpio then you are scorpio.
