...how can you tell which breed is the domimant breed? In other words, if you were breeding a white Persian with a Yellow Siamese, would the kittens mostly come out white or Yellow, Persian or Siamese?

  1. It's not the breed that is dominant or recessive, It's the individual characteristics: long vs short hair, round vs wedge-shaped head, white vs yellow, etc. The result would probably be a mix with some characeristics of each parent.
