If you were buying something you don't know much about, would you trust a commission salesman?

Commission salesmen can try to offer you the thing that pays the most, but also something that is really gonne work for you and you'll be happy with since they lose money if you return it. Would you preffer a commission sales person or not?

No not really, that's their jobs they'll sell anything to u  even if the product have a flaw in it. Remember one thing before u buy anything first do self research and take it from there.......

It depends what it is you are purchasing but generally no! Research it first so you have a general idea and then ask them for the info pretending you know nothing. You'll soon find out if theyre going to swindle you!

I am a commissioned salesperson.  Generally speaking, I will tell you that I don't waste time trying to sell something that I don't make money on. After all, would you show up to work if they didn't pay you?

I know a lot of great commissioned and non-commissioned sales people.  I also know a lot of terrible commissioned and non-commissioned sales people. Being commissioned or non-commissioned is not what makes you good or bad.

Generally speaking people buy a lot of c**p that they don't need or can't afford.  It doesn't matter if the salesperson is commissioned or not, they'll buy it anyway.  Therefore, my best advice is to find out what you want first. Then find someone that sells what you want to buy.  Then, interview a couple of different salespeople to find out which one you prefer to help you get what you want.

Finally, in my own defense, I'm commissioned and make a lot of money on referrals.  People don't refer business to me unless their experience with me is good.  Therefore, I try to offer the best customer service that I can. Simply put, I like commission because I get rewarded for doing a good job.

No I wouldn't,  I don't trust most salesman.  Most things you can research over the internet and figure out what makes for a good product.
