If you were camping in a remote mountain region, would you be more afraid of bears or hillbillies?

bears don't usually own shotguns so I will go with the hillbillies.

ha ha, I wouldn't be camping - at least not in a tent. My idea of camping is in a cabin. That is the closest I will get to camping out, so I would not be afraid of bears, unless someone left the door open. I'd probably be more afraid of hillbillies, especially if they were like in the movie Deliverance. That movie disgusted me so much, I only saw the first part of it and that was it. Now, if you're talking the Beverly Hillbillies, those I wouldn't be afraid of. They would be entertaining and fun!

Ha!  I own land in Upper Wisconsin and I'll assure you the bears will freak you out more than any of the off-the-wall hillbillies that live up there.

Bubbles......those are not hillbillies.  Hillbillies sit on the front porch in a rocking chair with overhauls on, a shotgun across their lap, and a jug of the best moonshine you'll ever have the pleasure of tasting.

I would be more afraid of Hillbillies than bears, without question... that is if i HAD to be afraid, after all, I am a Ninja, but I digress.  First of all, bears don't have guns... I mean, they have to be right on top of you to get you, but a Hillbilly with a shotgun can get you from anywhere from 5-100 yards, depending on how much moonshine he's had.  Secondly, if a bear is chasing you, either run down hill, kill it with your Ninja-Death-Sword, or play dead, and you won't have to worry.  If you run from a Hillbilly, it will shoot you and say it thought you were a deer.  Also, if you kill a Hillbilly, you still have to worry about his sister/uncle, who is apparently the same person somehow, warning the rest of the Klan about you.  If you play dead for a Hillbilly, it will take you back to it's shack, skin you, bleed you, and eat you just like you were that raccoon it ran over in it's truck last week.  So, without a doubt, the thing to watch out for is Hillbillies, not bears, but if you were a Ninja, you wouldn't have to worry about either.

It would make very good sense to be afraid of bears, pumas, other wild

animals and not just hillbillies, but frankly many other types of people.

Snakes too. ugh!
