  1. We would keep the Russians in check and shore up NATO as quickly as possible we believe this is the greatest threat to peace since the end of WW11 and we mean the peace of the world anything less would be inviting a "Nuclear Winter".

  2. I'd remove partial-birth abortion from the Democratic party platform. I really don't understand why it's on there; I think we're about the only country that allows it, including the liberal European countries. And I'm really sick of having to choose whether I'm going to vote for the candidate that opposes partial-birth abortion or the one with the sensible economic and military policies.

  3. I would start an 'energy surge' to stimulate the American economy, keep our dollars here in the US, and make us completely energy independent in 4 years. I would impose tax penalties on whatever impeded this, and incentivise all that helped it.

  4. I would focus on an energy policy that would make us free of oil and does not tie us to the despots running those countries. America has lost its image of being a "righteous nation" by coddling with the worst elements. Anything else pales in comparison.

  5. The issue I would address is the breakdown of the relationship between the Federal government and the States in our Republic. I would correct that by convening an annual Conference of the States, meeting with all of the 50 State Governors, and finding out what solutions they might have developed in solving certain problems that could be considered on a national basis. There would be no long speeches, no boring "rubber chicken" dinners and no media coverage. At the end of each conference a report would be issued to the American people. The people could then advise their local Members of Congress on what steps need to be taken to implement the recommendations contained in the report.

No "sound bites". No K Street lobbyists. No pundits covering the minutiae of the conference.

  6. I would adress this problem:

    Obama - http://manager.albawaba.com/img/new_sys/...

    Bush "W" - http://www.apfn.net/Messageboard/11-02-0...

    Clinton - http://makkah.files.wordpress.com/2008/0...

    Carter - http://cache.daylife.com/imageserve/0e8c...

  7. I would begin with a pull out in Iraq, stop ***** footing around with Afghanistan and stop kissing bootie and finish it with a nuclear bomb. Then I'd re route the war funds into socialized health care where everyone received care. Re-establish allis with the world and stop funding Opec and use our own resources for energy.
