an ear for the following reasons:

- it's small, so it doesn't stick out of the clothes

- a nose would be a pain in the a*s in case of a cold

- with an extra ear I'd be able to listen behind my back

- it's already hard for me to find bras in my size, imagine having to   find one for 3 b*****s
