  1. If you were from different countries & if you want to stay in canada, please go through site http://www.stayrescanada.com.I hope it must be useful for you.

  2. I'd feel like I was in heaven!

  3. If I landed at Vancouver Airport I would probably be stunned (pun intended)

  4. We did that. Felt great.

You will see people of Indian or Pakistani descent in the street in any big city and you may well meet one at the airport, in the  customs booth, driving the bus or directing traffic. You will also see people who have arrived or whose family has arrived from all over the world.

When we got our citizenship, the list of people there ran from A to Z, Afghanistan to Zaire.

  5. My parents and I immigrated to Canada from the Soviet Union.

My mom told me how she almost fainted the first time she walked into a grocery store, with all its selection, and realized she didn't have to stand in line all day for a loaf of bread.

We were overwhelmed and overjoyed with all of the freedoms that Canada offered.  Freedoms that most people born here take for granted.

  6. I think the open spaces and lack of people would be the most noticable difference. As well perhaps, the fact that here Pakistanis and Indians/Punjabis live all together cheek to jowl without major issues whereas at home they want to nuke each other.
