If you were going to boil water at a temperature of 0 degrees?

how can you boil it with out changing the temperture??

  1. As you have already been told, the boiling point of water is directly proportional to the air pressure. Something that mountain climbers know because their cup of coffee or tea isn't as warm on a top of a mountain as it would at sea level.


  2. Decrease the air pressure.  If you suck away the air, the liquid water won't hold together and it will boil off.  I've actually seen this done (at room temperature).
