I would NEVER hit my mother, especially over something stupid like the computer. The computer is a material object, your mom gave birth to you.

I could understand the frustration of this, but if you are grounded and your mom sees the computer as another thing you can't use, then you should not hit her. Like I said I understand completely where your coming from, but she is your mom and put yourself in her shoes for a moment before you decide. I wouldn't but that's me.
