What type of financial reports would you expect to see in your department?

How will you use the financial reports available to you to make business decisions?

Well, if I'm the head of accounting department I would expect that all the regular reports that should come out of my department would be delivered in an accurate & timely manner.

On top of that, I would concentrate on internal reports that will tell me how efficient my staff are. Including but not limited to no of documents process (AP/AR), study of time spent by each employee (workload), payroll scale based on performance & responsibility.
