Assuming you were in the air, unless you could see crumbling buildings on the ground or someone told you about the earthquake on the radio, you would have absolutely no indication that the earthquake was occurring.

Assuming the plane was not on the ground, no you would not.  The shaking of the ground would not translate into the air (well, maybe right where there air contacts the surface, but that's picky...)
