  1. it's completly legal (no wait you get a point) for kicking a man while hes down-faking an injury so he gets a free kick/penalty.

  2. Rules there are no rules in football, what you have is laws.

The only new law that should be used is no questioning the  referee's decisions (only by captain). Penalty freekick advanced by at least 10 yards. OK its borrowed from rugby, but I'll tell you this, it works.

  3. The old offside rule back

  4. I would change a rule....

On kickoffs....if the ball hits in bounds and then goes out it shouldn't be an illegally procedure and start at the 40. It should just start wherever it went out. The receiving team should be able to catch the ball if it's in play....but if the kicker just kicks it out of bounds to begin with then it should stay the same as an illegally procedure.

  5. Goalies must use their faces to save penalties. If the ball hits them anywhere else,it's a re-take.

  6. Rangers have to walk on field to Irish National Anthemn! Then get on their hands and knees and worship the Celts before every game......

  7. I would change nothing. But they should have hot chicks dancing in the half time show or something lol.

  8. Instant replay to review penalty decisions --

Refs would then feel more comfortable making the call, and if the player dived, automatic yellow or red.

Like in Sunday's Aston Villa v. Man City game, City midfielder Michael Johnson took a dive after dragging his feet for three steps to get a penalty. And he got it.

That's just pathetic. Review the tape, it would take 15-20 seconds. Johnson would have been red-carded. And he wouldn't play for the penalty next time.

  9. first thing i would do brian is to make sure that players were all good looking then the next thing i would do is remove strachan from football for life i am having nightmares already and the season is only 2 weeks old oh and hang in there zombie you will end up with a wee sunset strip

  10. i would get cameras in so that there is not that many arguments from team when they loose i would say each team get 3 chance to challenge each kinda like tennis

  11. players topless...Freddie Ljungberg in just boxers

failing that a video replay to catch the cheating refs who earn too much already

  12. american football or soccer?

  13. Male cheerleaders.

  14. charlie says covered a few of the points i was going to say so that just leaves the main one he missed out and that is naked female refs because if they fcuked up as much as the male ones do we would not care or in some cases even notice

  15. (Cracking of knuckles):

    1) The captain be the only one to address the referee in disciplinary issues. Any other player immediately booked, no verbal caution.

    2) Taking the throw in from the actual point that the ball left the pitch.

    3) Removal of the playback screen, thus avoiding manager taking a "WAG" style strop in the dugouts. (I think this is happening in England).

    4) 2 assistant referees per half. This hopefully would sort out any queries on offsides.

    5) 3 strikes and sod off like they have in tennis. Dugouts can question 3 decisions per match for the ref to call instant playback. After 3 shouts, they are all removed from the dugout into the stands. The only exception being someone like the goalkeeping coach to monitor the lines of communication should a substitution be made and the manager is already in the stands.

    6) Referees being made accountable.

    7) An objective observer for when the refereee calls for video evidence for key decisions. E.g. Dundee United goal disallowed at Ibrox when rebounding off a defender, so could not possibly be interfering with play, etc, etc, etc.

There are other things I would change, but of course you are aware of my love of cronyism and all its fallout.
