I would make every month may. All months would be may, as i sed.  I would outlaw tissues 2 watch people pick their noses.  Cutting your toenails would be mandatory every week and a half.  That would solve a great deal of problems.

If I were King of England etc, I would get the government to pass an act abolishing the monarchy and establishing a republic.

I would do what every king does...fight to expand the kingdom. Harsher laws would be made. All people would answer to me. My knights and soldiers would be paid quite well. Eventually, world domination.
