Do you think that a spy can never be a truly good person because his work involves, among other things, deceiving, stealing, perhaps murder too .Please tell me why or why not .

Yes I would if it were for my country, to me it would be a way to serve your country. Although I think you have the wrong impressions of spy's most are not hitmen nor do they steal. Most spy agencies use different ways to get intelligence the CIA for example 97 percent of their agents set behind a desk. Dont believe all the spy stories you see on TV most will tell you its a very boring job. But yes I would do it if ask.

every job requires some aparently immoral or even criminal acts. if the crieteria is not to do a job requiring any immoral actiom, it will be next to impossible to make a living.

the main criteria is that the job itself should not be unlawful or prohibited by govt. secondly, the person employed on the job should have aptitude for the job.

moreoover,  an employee works on behalf of employer. hence an emplyee working in a spying agency is not personally liable for any immoral act done on behalf of his employer- at least not morally. hence, is shall gladly accept such job.
