........And it was full when you got on, so you sat next to someone, but the journey was pretty long and by the time you had travelled some way you were the only two on the bus with some way to go, would you change seats? Especially if the person had earphones in.

  1. That depends on crowding.

If bus was full until destination, I stay on my seat.

If not crowded, I would definally change seat.

For example, when I get on MTA Long Island Bus in Long Island, NY, I go to first bus stop in Jamaica Bus Terminal in Queens, NY or Hempstead, NY to get better seat on N6.

For example, if earphone person sit next to me on N6, I would stay on same seat because N6 is busy Long Island Bus in NYC.

  2. yes of course it's done all of the time. as a matter of fact i would change seats at the first opportunity to have a seat all to myself, no matter what the other person was like.

  3. I would change seats long before we where the only two left on the bus.

  4. I would change seats as soon as possible

  5. im not sure as i feel it would possibly make him/her feel asif they smelt or somthink, but i spose naturaally one wud want to have there opwn comfortable space on the bus

  6. I will, to feel more comfortable especially when you carries something like bag for example.

And you've mentioned that he/she is wearing an earphones, seems not interested in talking to someone. Just move to the opposite seat or near the door.
