2)what would you get the guests to drink

3)would you have any entertainment / suprises for the guests?

prawns to start, steak and chips with homeade diane sauce for main, cooked to each persons taste, leamon cheesecake out marks + sparks for pud which I'd pass off as my own lol

Vodka to drink with more vodka.

No brought in entertainment, I'd make my own ha xx

Good question.

1) Starter: Homemade clear vegetable soup

    Main:  Ribeye steak or salmon with shredded cabbage &    leek & jersey royals

    Dessert: Eton mess - Yummy

2) Cheesy but cocktails of course, wine, beer and fruit juice.

3) The entertainment can be a bit tacky. Would at least have some music in the background though with subtle lighting.

2) Can of Coke.

3) A game on the Xbox.

or bruschetta for vegetarians

sirloin steak (cooked to taste eg rare medium or well done) with chianti and mushroom sauce, herb potatoes and seasonal roasted vegetables, vegetarian option of nut roast instead of steak

marbled chocolate mousse (both dark and white chocolate)or lemon cheesecake (homemade)

wine - Campanula pinot grigio 2006, Errazuriz max reserva merlot 2004, bollinger champagne

ice breaker questions for them to ask printed on their placemats to start conversations then encourage them to talk about themselves, their interests and their loves.

2 I would probably have some champagne and the correct wine once I know what to make

3 as for entertainment  when I've seen the programme and the do it always looks cheesy.........I would probably have a goody bag as a place name and put in gifts according to the person as best I could ...............if itwas night one they would have to be very generic
