Well, I have a beer with the guys from time to time after work.

I'd have to say yes as long as the guy didnt wear make-up and high heels.

The big question is how do you know he is a decent guy.  If you feel that this is something you want to do and it feels right make sure you go to a public place and that someone you trust knows where you are.
