I would name it something that has to do with pizza and that is catchy.  Make sure that the name isn't already copyrighted.  Some examples are Saucy Slices Pizzeria, Little Pete's Pizza, Miracle Pizzeria, or something like Mario Magnificent's Slices.

I would name the place" Vesuvius ". A good name for a great pizza parlor. We call them " parlors" not shops.
