I would pray every day that some ship would pass by and the passengers would  rescue me.

swim, run, make sand angles, veg, BBQ some critters, build a raft, build a hut, repair the Minnow with Gilligan.

Assuming food and shelter were taken care of I would walk on the beach, sleep in the shade, watch the fish swimming in the ocean, explore the island, swim, watch the sunset and sunrise, wish I had a fish hook so I could fish, watch the birds or other animals on the island, watch the clouds floating in the sky, build a sand castle at the oceans edge with my hands and a stick for shaping, turn over the seaweed and watch the crabs and other creatures leave, amuse myself any way I can find, climb up a tree or rock and sit and watch the ocean, and this would be my leisure time.
