I would be hard on the medical and insurance fees instead of trying to figure out how to get everyone an insurance plan and pay for medical bills for people who can't afford them I would set a limit and standard on medical billing when someone goes to the doctor it would be no different than any other business if they don't get you well and you have to go back for another visit it should be free ( omitting the health issues that are follow ups and health issues that require more than one visit ) I would also keep tabs on all medical facilities making sure they weren't over charging for their services and I would keep the medical bills lower and the doctors wouldn't be rich while children are dieing because they can't afford to get treatment they need because they over charge which causing the insurance to increase therefore I would set one insurance price for health for all and the insurance would cover more than they do it would be a one insurance charge and once insurance coverage or I would do the insurance like taxes charge according to what the person earns. I would also do away with more unwanted pregnancies not by abortion but by controlling the people who don't care for their children or support them I would give the women/ girls a one time child if they were on welfare or gave the child up/ abused it or anything on those terms and if they got pregnant with a second child it would be the law that she had to have a tubal and have no more children for the gov to support or for her to abuse. The same would go for the dead beat dads who don't care for the child or women/girls who have their child one time would be it if that dad showed up on the welfare list again with another child and he hadn't supported the first child I would not only arrest him but it would be the law that when he was arrest for non child support payments by law he would be getting a vas. surgery  it would over for him too I think this would help them to be more responsible about getting pregnant or getting someone pregnant if that was all the children they would ever have maybe they would take care of them so the gov didn't have too but even so it would still control the fact that some women have several children and the gov supports them it would slow the abortions down if they couldn't get pregnant too. I would take the money I saved from having to support these cases and use it to help the seniors citizens with their medications and medical bills that medicare don't cover today.As for the current war I would try to move a majority of the troops in Iraq to other areas to find Bin Laden that would be my top concern in the middle east until American gets him then the threat of terrist attacks remain for America once he is taken in then I think that will send a message to them all if you attack we will hunt you down reguardless of what it takes or where you hide. I think if we can find Sadam like we did then Bin Laden shouldn't be any harder to find! I have many ideas I would want to act on but this is long enough sorry!
