Because in some African countries I may say in every term of office of a president the first thing the parliamentarians wil vote of is whether to buy a cars for the parlaimentary candidates or they shouldn't.But left to me alone in every term of office of the president they buy new cars for the parliamentary candidates.Here Ghana is one of the well known which partake in this act
