  1. You might compare yourself to a summers' day, if you were feeling particularly romantic... or you could compare humans to other animals, which is something we don't do enough - preferring to think of ourselves as superior. Or you could compare yourself to plants, which require sunlight and water to survive - and you can parallel that with the needs we have for survival: fuel, hydration. You could go on to talk about different kinds of fuel: food, social stability, financial security. You could talk about the consequences of not having these things, how we become dry, humorless... maybe??? For me personally- I would compare myself to a rock. Over time the weather shapes me. I am unique. The sun (good times/memories) warms me, the rain and wind (difficult times/struggles) sculpt me. In all, I am what I am, the result of my life's experience. One day I will be gone, but parts of me will remain.
