what kind of staff would u need...would volunteers be good?

  1. have about 4 to 5 volueenters WITH EXPERIANCE TO HELP THE KIDS!!!!!and r also good with kids........ u can have the kids parents from each group bring water and snack for everyone......... volleyballs and nets...... also would be cool if u could make them t shirts or a uniform so they would remeber the nice time they had!!!!!

  2. you should have more  then one net so you can seperate the experianced because i went to like a 9-14 club and was bored out of my mind

  3. I agree with the one above!! You would also probably need extra water bottles.

  4. I would probably just get 2 other volunteers. 3 for 20 kids should be good. As for who to look for... College students often need service learning credit, so if you could get some of them, that would be easy.

The big thing is having enough courts. 2 should be a minimum.

Ask kids to bring their own water bottles to save you money, but you should have some anyway in case they forget.

Make sure the kids dress appropriately for sand volleyball.

  5. Well you would need volleyballs and nets! If you had like 24 kids you would only need 4 workers because 6 kids with one adult. After you would teach them all the basics you could have a tournament at the end! I love volleyball!!! Good idea. Hope I helped!
