If you were to knock someone unconcious with one blow?

where, would you hit that someone (without ding any major damage)?

The jaw.. mayeb a body shot? And if it doesnt have to be a blow a choke hold

When you knock someone out-you are intentionally causing brain damage-always dangerous and unpredictable.

The jaw hit will knock someone out (but probably break their jaw). The back of the head will cause a good concussion (but possible blindness. The forehead blow may break the neck.

A chokehold (sleeper hold) is probably the most effective-works everytime with predictable results

It's pretty hard to knock someone out without inflicting serious damage just by hitting them.  If I wanted to knock someone out without hurting them, I would probably use a sleeper hold of some sort.  

Get behind the victim and wrap your arm around his neck, then use that hand to grab the inside of the elbow on your other arm while using the other hand to hold his head in place, then gently squeeze his neck between your bicep and forearm.  You should be squeezing the carotid arteries, and it should knock him out in a few seconds.  

If you do it for too long or if you s***w up, you might kill him, so don't try it.  I won't be held responsible for any and all damages you may inflict.
