  1. It would be a classic Italian Restaurant with lots of atmosphere, serving only in the evenings and reservations are required.

    1. Like the other guy 50's restaurant like off of Pulp Fiction. If you have seen the movie you would know. It would be awesome with a chevy front end sticking out the facade of the restaurant! Dance floor in the middle of the room with dance off;s employees being impersonators with song and dance a souped up Johnny Rockets!

    2. a bistro setup with exclusive wines and great quizines. Also a knew menu every month I love creating good healthly foods. They would  be proportionate. I would call it "Just enough" Or something in Italian or French. Light atmosphere good to relax with no roudy loud people or kids !!!!(like denny's)

  3. It would be a burger place like back in the 50's. The decor would be retro...neon lights, records on the walls, murals of oldies like James Dean, Marilyn Monroe, etc. Old style juke box with 50's music. Menu would have burgers and fries, hot dogs, ice cream sodas, sundaes, etc. Name would be something like "Rock Around The Clock".

    Working in a restaurant we all have ideas of what we want. My co-workers & I were talking about having a restaurant that's taxi style. You're permitted the first 2 hours for free, but then charged money for additional time that you just sit there and waste everyones time. It sucks when at the end of the night or when you need a table for a reservation, people just want to sit there for hours on end not doing c**p. No one benefits from that.

    I want a fine dining establishment, preferably with a lounge on another floor for private parties. I never really gave any thought to cuisine. I've mostly just worked front of house, but a friend of mine wants to do continental cuisine. But I do know I want to have a prix fixe menu and it would change seasonally of course. I don't want table clothes though. I've always wanted tables made from deep mahogany or ebony wood. I've been to places that have made it possible to be fine dining without having to have linens on the tables. If possible, I would like to have a fireplace and patio seating if the space permits.

    I've always liked the name "Phases" for a restaurant.

  5. It would serve modern British food, which is based on classic French cuisine, but without all the cream and butter sauces, just wholesome good ingredients....it would be minimalist in style, so that it does not clash with the food......I would call it the Ultimate food company.

    but i would call mine Irresistible ...

    and it would be a cultural resturant, each day of the week the food would be from a certain style, like indian or chinese and like that ....

    and the place would have stuff from all over the world, like Arabian cushions, english seatings ...

    it would be really exotic
