    There's no way you can look beneath or through the ground, just everything above it.


  2. yes and no, you would still have east,west ect. or else how would you find your way back? if every way was north which north would take you back the way you came.  

  3. Yes. There would be no other direction to look.

  4. Well, if you look directly up it's not north.  

  5. no,, you will still have all your basic north south west east.. don't matter where you stand .. south is still under you and north is always above you and etc plus it determines on which way you stand as well  

  6. Of course because whichever way you walk is moving directly towards the north pole.
