If you were transported back in time to a prehistoric age what would you miss most from modern times?

Modern day shelter and food and lack of transportation, and protection from large predatory animals and bullies with clubs---I could go on forever.  I cant say which I would miss the most

BOOKS. Specifically, survival books.

1. Medicine, Running Water, and Toilets.  (Health)

2. Modern Transportation (So I'm not walking everyone).

3. Cell phone/ communications (So I can keep in touch with people.  Also be able to call and ask for help/directions when I need it.)

The ability to communicate through language - as in talking to another and the other party understanding what I was saying. Somehow going back to cave drawings, and drawing lines in the sand don't really resonate well with me.

I know you said only one thing, but I would miss all the books in my home library too.
