if you were traveling at 70 mph in an easterly direction and the wind was 70 mph in an easterly direction and if you stuck your hand out of the window, would it be calm?

  1. Your vehicle would surely create some fluctations in the air which your hand would feel. Also, wind is never quite even, so your hand would feel changes in the wind too.
