  2. I would change one thing in the Constitution,  no more freedom of press.  The media gets on my nerves, lol.

In order to do that the following changes would have to be made.  A mandate that all meetings conducted while on the tax payer’s dollar are reviewable by a court.  Failure to comply would result in the immediate removal from your post.  If a president makes an assertion that is latter found to be blatantly false, he is automatically forced to answer the reason for his incompetent decision to the congress.  Any military action plan must have clear justification listed clearly and a full impact study would have to be presented.  This is an action that could be done de facto, but after 180 days, it must be ratified or the troops come home.    No finical contract will be awarded as "no bid" if there is a case of conflict of interest clearly present.  Last, voters would be required to prove they know the three major branches of government, how many votes the president gets towards passing a bill, and how long the term for Supreme Court justice lasts.
