If you win the lottery do they give you the prize in cash or a check?

would they ever give you your reward in cash or a check...just wondering incase i win lol

Cash. Last year when I won $70 million in the Power ball, I made the stupid mistake of taking cash. Man was it heavy. I went to pick it up in my car and they laughed at me and said Dude its not going to fit in there. So I had to leave go get a rental truck bring that back load it myself. (Stupid lottery people wouldn't even help me load it) Took about an hour. They did let me use there 2-wheel hand cart. Anyway load it in the truck take it to the bank(man where they mad they had to count it all) then take the truck back to he rental place. What a pain. I never doing that again. Next time I win I'm taking that great big check with me. I don't care if i have to stick it out the window. Maybe fold it in half and put it in the trunk. anything but that again.
