If you won a lottery jackpot of 5 Million Dollars (tax free) and you could only make one purchase, what would it be?

a house wich is decorated with fine original paintings and pieces of art and antique furniture, it also needs a pool, gym, sauna, lost coverson, barns, a forest for a garden and six 3 bedroom gest houses in the grounds.

i would then sell the furniture and art for more money :)
