If you work at disneyworld do you get in for free to every park?

my grandma works at disneyland and can get us in for free to both parks like disneyland and disney california adventure...but i dont know if she can get us in to all the parks in disneyworld with those few tickets she gets for being a staff member..because theres alot more parks there...anyone know? other staff would help alot more..thanks

Disney Cast Members get a Main Gate Pass each year which allows them to take family and friends inside the park for free. They have different passes with different colors, and each one has its own restrictions.

For example, a Blue Main Gate Pass allows 3 persons in per day, you get a total of 12 days each year. There are some blocked days like Christmas and New Year.

Also Cast Members are given complimentary tickets on summer and Christmas holidays. You can use those as well. Also they have some restrictions on the back of the card.

Ask Grandma which pass she has and what are the restrictions. Even tough she works at Disneyland, she can get you guys in at Disney World.

Park employees have certain perks with free passes for family members.  However they have really cut down on that in the last few years as employees were abusing the privilege.  Not sure how it is now, but I wouldn't expect your grandma will be able to get you into all the parks in Orlando with her employee benefits.  She'd have to contact her HR person to find out the specifics though - they used to change the rules often enough that I couldn't keep up with the correct one.

However, if she can get you one ticket and it's a park hopper pass - then you can hop back and forth to each park throughout the day.  Although, you end up using a lot of time in transit - but you could see bits and pieces of each park that way.
