I was wondering if you were a hospital employee if you got good benefits? Do you still have to pay co-pays and deductables or do you get free health care?

  1. It depends on where you work and what kind of job you have (part-time, full-time, etc.).  There is no general set of benefits, it varies from company to company.

  2. At the hospital where I work, our health insurance is good but there are still co-pays and deductibles.  There are various plans that you can choose from.  The plan you choose determines how much you pay in copays and deductibles
