If you would like to purchase an old version of software, where could you buy it?

Let's say you really loved Office 95 and you don't like the newer versions or an old copy of PhotoShop because you feel the programmers have made it to robust and RAM hungry, where would you legally obtain something like this?

  2. that is funny you mention that because i have a copy that i dont use it is perfectly legal and it is the pro edition with bookshelf and all those goods maybe we can figure something out

  3. Unfortunately I don't think it's possible to legally obtain it.

    I suppose it wouldn't be a problem if you got the software off of somebody who has un-installed it from their system.

  4. Licenses for older versions of software often come up on eBay (and other auction sites) ..

    Indeed, a quick search on eBay shows Office 95 standard with a 'buy it now' price of £19 + £3 p&p.
