  1. of course you cant.i have many buds your age who smoke in front of  everybody even the cops.they cant throw you in juvea just because you made a choice to smoke

  2. just lie out your *** and tell him your parents allow you to smoke... not much he can say then but then again thats in new york idk bout other states but thats how i used to get away with it and still do but cops dont say much since i turned 16 it seems like they dont give a ****... honestly are you going to stop smoking because he said its bad? no. your just going to light up when he gets out of sight so wtf does it matter to him... right?

  3. he can't put you in jail but give you a ticket for being underage.

  4. They give you minor in possession, a fine, community service and make you take tobacco awareness classes in Texas.

I worked with a young man that had to write an essay for the judge about why Tobacco was dangerous.

Ironically, discount cigarette stores have popped up in that county..

It's ironic that we scold people for using tobacco but on the other hand, facilitate it's economy.

  5. No jail time, but there will be a fine. The amount of money fined will be different based on where you live. But, their is a likely chance that all you'll get is a warning.

  6. No. In many (most?) states it isn't even illegal for a 15-year-old to smoke, it's just illegal for a store to sell cigarettes to him.

  7. yes you have to be 18

  8. u shuldn't be smoking in the first place you r****d...

  9. no the person who bought them for you may be in trouble, bit of a waste of taxpayers money to put you in jail and waste police time though...
