Nope, you will get a Minor in Posession (MIP) ticket. I was pulled over and the officer saw it and just made me pour it out. I was lucky.

you can as long as it is in the trunk of your car or if its like in a bottle that the seal HASNT been broke but if u do get pulled over and u havnt been drinking the cops shouldnt mess with you too much but if you have they can get you with all kinds of charges.

I'd say no.  Legally, you can't buy or drink alcohol until you are 21 in the US.

No way! If you get pulled over the cops will assume its yours and ask who bought it for you.  Therefor you both will get into some trouble...unless the 21 year old is with you, then...its theirs!

Better check out your state laws.  In most states it is illegal to drive with alcohol in the car.

As long as your car isnt searched you will be fine. Its not legal but they arent going to search your car for no reason if you were just speeding or something like that. Dont have it out in plain view!
