If your Corporation has been suspended by the franchise tax board, can I start another corporation?

Hmmm.  "Your corporation" as in who you work for or as in one you own now?  If you are talking about what you own now-then when you start another corporation and you put down particular facts about the business such as "dba' (doing business as), you might get stopped out from starting another one.

Better yet, just do business as a sole proprietorship!
