My parents are paranoid and treat me like a child i start my senior year tomorrow and i can't live with my parents. They drive me insane by treating me like I'm still a baby. I am almost 18 and i just want to get out. I know you should relax and not rush to grow up but i wish i was treated as an adult not a baby. I want to be able to think and act on my own.

  1. Yes you can move out! but befor you do that you need to make sure u have a place to stay an you can get your self a job. an be able to finish school. because you have to have a ur grad from high school to be able to servive on ur on.

  2. You are 18. An adult. Even if you are in high school, you are an adult and can move out. There is a difference than being 13 and in a rush to grow up, but you are almost 18, and rushing to 18. Nothing wrong with that. If you don't want to be there yes you can move out at 18 even if you are in school.

  3. you can move out when you're 18 whether you're in school or not.

  4. I absolutely think you are doing the right thing. Moving out will make your life so much better.

If you are 18 - i do not see why not!

live with friends, or another family member . or even by yourself in a flat - it is soooo much better than living at home! no pressure! no bad treatment! just a feeling of inner freedom.

    ;) good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. sure, why not. as long as you can support yourself & dont need to rely on your parents.

  6. yeah you can move out but you should really think about it before deciding too.
