If your Manager thinks you did something wrong but actually that was not your fault, what would you do

If your Manager thinks you did something wrong but actually that was not your fault but someone else's , and the Manager is who will decide whether to remain you in the employment in the near future, and you can somehow see that the Manager doesn't trust you (may be because you r new). what would you do?

  1. I would go have a little talk with the manager.They don't know everything,or see everything. They do need feedback. If you don't ,they will think you did do it because you are not defending yourself. Byee


  2. I would tell my Manager it was not my fault and would try to explain what happended

  3. Talk to the manger and explain your side of what happened.  If he/she is a good manager he/she will take what you said into consideration.

  4. Suck it up - there's not much you can do - the manager has made up his or her mind.
