I'm no doctor either, doctors don't answer questions on Yahoo Answers, as they're paid for treating patients; they seldom give advice for free in a public forum.

As far as your t******e dropping, when you're born, they descend into the s*****m.    If they are present in your s*****m, they've dropped.

They don't drop when you go through puberty; that's a myth.

If you don't have testicles in your s*****m, then you may have undescended testicles, and you need to see a doctor.
