Question:

If your baby/ toddler wanted to eat salsa, would you let him/her?

I'm referring, mostly, to the age of 16-18 months when they mimic everything you do and you are eating chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant (but they really like the salsa- they aren't just copying you and it wasn't real hot).

  2. Yes, we have done it.  There is nothing wrong with salsa it's very healty, just vegetables!!!!  My daughter loves it, she's been eating it from the same age.

  3. my 17 month old loves the mild and even the medium.so i say whats the problem.let him have it....unless he has tummy problems.

  4. Yup, I would.  At least let them taste it.  And if they liked it, then sure, as long as it wasn't hot and really spicy.  

    And in moderation, of course.  :)

  5. Yes I would, and I have. My daughter loves spicy food (mildly spicy, of course). I see nothing wrong with it, as long as they eat it in moderation.
