  1. Salsa and Chips was my fav while preg., really any mexican food and my daughter came out with a head full of hair  and has not lost any

  2. my mum ask me to eat a lot of beans... soya beans, red beans, black beans... she said it helps to get nice beautiful thick long hair for baby...

urm, i take a lot of soya beans, and my baby hair is alright, quite long and soft. not thick though.

  3. I loved meat.  Steaks, pork-chops, chicken.... I didn't eat it as much as I ate juicy fruits and veggies though.  I couldn't get enough tomatoes, pineapple, celery, peaches.... anything that was nice and juicy, I ate it.

On a side note, all three of mine were born with thick hair and I never once had heartburn.  That part is a myth!

  4. My daughter was born with a thick, full head of hair. It hasn't fallen out yet (YET), only gotten thicker and longer. She is currently 4 months old. I pretty much ate what I wanted, nothing special. Nothing overly healthy either, I hate to admit. I never had any heartburn or anything like that, so not sure that the myth surrounding hair/heartburn is true. There really is nothing that I've ever heard of that you can eat that will help give your baby thick, long hair. Good luck

  5. Our daughter was born with beautiful thick brunette hair that was almost an inch and a half long! And she didn't lose any of it. (I am going to try to make her picture my avatar on here).  Honestly, I didn't eat great while pregnant... lots of bread, lots of peanut butter crackers, and lots and lots of cupcakes. I ate so many cupcakes that we call our daughter "cupcake" since she is likely 90% confectionary......

  6. My baby was born with thick, thick THICK and really long, brown hair. It was genetics though. I was born the same way. She was also 9 pounds 5.6 ounces, which is big because her father was 10 pounds when he was born.

It's all genetics and not what you eat, but since you've asked:

I ate whatever I wanted, and alot of it. Lots of fruit and meats, for some reason. In the beginning I had a strong desire for candy and sweets, so I ate alot of that too...but I soon stopped. Yep.

  7. I ate as much food as I could and alot of veggies and my baby hardly has any hair hehehe!!

  8. i ate alot of junk to be honest! his hair was soooooo long, everyone commented! i didn't eat alot of any one thing either....they say if you have bad heartburn youll have a baby with a full head of hair- and i had the heartburn sooo bad! maybe its true!

  9. Eggs, cheese, dairy a lot of all three
