  1. your body need to adjust to the outside temp

  2. where do you live?  In Phnx, AZ, 98 deg. is cool!

  3. Your body is constantly producing heat as a byproduct of its inner workings...heartbeat,digestion, all muscle movement, even breathing,  You need to radiate this heat to feel comfortable.  If you're in an environment lower than 37c, then it radiates easily.  Near or higher than 37c, body disposes of heat by sweating.  You're uncomfortable because your body is signaling do less, produce less heat.  Also, your internal temp is rising.

If you can't get rid of internal heat by radiating or sweating, you get hyperthermia.  This is actually fatal.

  4. I think the poster meant degrees CELCIUS.

Look up thermoreglation if you want a technical answer

  5. im not gonna get into a lot a technical blabber, basically your body is constantly generating heat, and losing that heat through the surrounding air. The human body's "heating system" works pretty well between 0-30 c. any higher and the body is generating more heat than it is losing. im sure someone else will get really techy about this but thats about the just of it ;D
