If your boss doesnt like you and you kno it...?

and she's is trying to get you fired from your job because she doesnt like you what can you do... im going through this situation now. my manager really doesnt like me because of a stupidproblem that happened about a month ago. she wont even say good morning to me after ive already said it. i need some advice on how to deal with her.

Get some not so flattering pictures of her and turn it into her boss....just kidding.

I would revisit the "stupid problem" that happened a month ago and see if there's any way she and I could resolve the issue.  She obviously hasn't forgiven you for what happen, so you need to either find a way to make it better or apologize.  If her attitude doesn't change after you guys talk, then ignore her as much as you can and only talk to her when you absolutely have to.  I'd also be looking for another job, if she's trying to get you fired chances are she eventually will.

look for a new job, when you find one quit. if she is just a manager and there is someone above her, let them know what's going on and why you are feeling forced to leave your job at that point.  Make sure they know you still appreciate them as a boss but just didn't like the way you were being treated by her and didn't think it was fair to you. etc etc.

my boss hated me and would always be saying awful things to me, but a job is a job and I chose to ignore them, because it just does not hurt them if I am are fired. I would rather bother them by showing up everyday with a **** eating grin on my face and by being nice to them than to be trying to get unemployment and finding a new job.

Just try to ignore them and not let it get to you too much.
