  1. Depending on what age he is yes.  It is a very good reason to break up with someone.

  2. mine is very unambitious and it drives me absolutley crazy as I love to continually better myself. Sometimes I feel as If I have settled or sold myself short. We have faught about it many times, but he doesnt understand what I mean and where I am coming from on this issue. I dont know what to do about it either... if you come up with any solutions, please write me.

  3. Yes, esp if that means you will end up being the one supporting him while he sits around and does nothing.

  4. It depends on how old the both of you are, being unambitious even a little into college is kinda natural, especially with how unsure you are about what you want to do, etc.

However, if you are in your mid to late 20s and have no ambition or anything, how can you expect to make it through life?  Do you want to wait tables or work 363 days of retail?

Ambition while not the most important thing in relationships, there has to be some in order to have a secure future.

  5. Sure, that could be a reason to break up with a person if it really bothers you. He might be happier with another person who is without ambition.

  6. Totally legit.  He might want to stay the same, but odds are you're not going to, and the new you might want different things.

  7. i dont date losers
