Or would you expect that some sort of dinner would be served there (such as pizza)?

I'm just trying to figure or whether or not to order pizza or just get chips and a veggie tray along with cake.

What would do you think?

  1. i would definitely think that food was being served during that time frame. it is when we normally would eat dinner.

  2. maybe a healthy snack because u never know . there maybe to many kids to do dinner or there may be food kinda up in the air

  3. pizza is pretty much expected

  4. From 5 to 7 pm you should offer something more than just cake. Pizza is probably good but then you have to consider all th different likes and dislikes.

  5. I would think something like pizza or burgers would be serve at a party that took place around those times. I would still give my kids though a little something before they left.

7pm isn't that late to still give your kid dinner if you don't give them something, but I still think many assume you'll give the kids dinner. Tell the parents youre going to if you so decide when they call to RSVP.  Oh...and don't waste the money on a veggie tray... ;)

    Best Wishes =]

  6. I would assume that dinner would be provided for a party in that time frame. Most kids would eat then usually.

  7. Well Yeah I would assume that some sort of meal orfood would be supplied given the times it is on, however I wouldn't just guess at it I would ask. If you're hold the party then yes order some pizza's etc. but I would do the chips and veggie tray with cake as well.

  8. I would definitely expect them to be fed at the party.

  9. I think most people to expect to be feed at a party no matter what time of the day it is. so I would go with pizza since it's dinner time.

  10. Since it will be dinnertime I think I would serve pizza or little sandwiches before the cake. But to be safe you may want to indicate on the invitations exactly what you plan to do. If you want the kids to eat before they come you can say something like "cake and ice cream will be served". That implies that they're getting dessert but they should eat dinner before they come. Have a great time!

  11. Call the parents & ask or if you are giving the party write dinner of hot dogs will be served or cake & ice cream & candy will be served.

  12. I would call the mom who did the inviting and ask if she's planning on a meal besides the cake and ice cream. I would think she should have put that important piece of info in the invite, but maybe I'm wrong.

  13. ya i guess i would feed them a small samwicth or somethingg nothing to big theyusuallyy have cake and pizza orleastt something to eat

  14. it sounds like youre hosting the party.  i would think at that time that dinner would be served but whatever you choose, either way, just let the invited guests know so they can plan accordingly.  i would think dinner is expected during those hours though

  15. from 5 to 7pm .. you should feed the children ... pizza is good and I assume there will be a birthday cake.

  16. I would generally assume that there will at least be snack foods at the party (cake, some sweets), so I might give them a light meal beforehand (a sandwich, some veggie sticks) just so if there is food served they are hungry enough to eat but in case food isn't served they aren't going to go hungry.
