If your crying at school, should you go home?

I cried the whole lunch period and I still kinda am. I feel fine I'm just upset about something. I have a quiz next period though. Should I go home or stay here?

If you can take the quiz, staying and taking it will probably make you feel better and also distract you from your problem.

But if you really need to be alone and cant tolerate it, ask or permission and go home.

Sometimes the best thing to do would be to go home, even if it means asking a teacher's permission to leave. Just let him/her know how you feel and why you are feeling bad and maybe they will let you go home. If not, then at least you tried, but do not fake illness just because you are sad, this is actually legally considered wrong. I hope this helps.
